That’s why MoChíc Events will be holding its first annual Black-Tie charity fundraising gala ball in to raise funds for Afro-Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT) and Prostate Cancer UK, two worthy organisations that are working diligently behind the scenes to raise awareness and provide support for Black people affected by these conditions.

Nicole Haynes, describes the aim of the event as “to raise awareness, particularly within the BME community, of the devastating impact prostate cancer and lack of bone marrow donors is having on the community”.

Attendees will be treated a sparkling drinks reception, followed by a sumptuous 3-course Caribbean meal. After their meal has settled there will be an array of entertainment that will include a fashion showcase, live performances, raffle and auction of luxury gifts and dancing to sweet soul, soca and reggae vibes till 2am.

One of the beneficiaries ACLT, seeks to educate communities across the UK by raising awareness surrounding stem cell, blood and organ donation. Through their extensive work, the ACLT improve odds of finding matches by registering potential donors from all ethnicities.

It promises to a memorable fun filled entertaining evening for all who attend. Mo Chic events will no doubt use all their expertise and experience to ensure it an unforgettable night for all.
