Are you thinking of organising an event?  Or do you need a short refresher on event planning?  If you answered yes to either of the previous questions this course is for you and aims to provide some essentials when coordinating any occasion.

We aim to provide a basic understanding of the first principles for event planning, raising confidence and creating guidelines to help you deliver a successful event.   You will also receive workshop handouts and a matrix preparation grid to take home.
The training day will cover the rudiments of:

• Reasons why you should (or should not!) run your event
• How to organise an event
• How to promote your event
• Delivery and execution
