E15 Jazz sessions showcase live contemporary jazz from a mix of acclaimed international musicians and bright new local talent in this regular jazz night. In the next E15 Jazz Sessions award-winning British trombonist Dennis Rollins’s Velocity Trio takes to the stage. The skilful and popular British funk trombonist launched this subtler and jazzier trio in 2011, with Ross Stanley on Hammond organ and Pedro Segundo on drums – a rare combination of instruments which makes their sound unique.
