Black-owned start-ups in the UK will have the opportunity to pitch for funding of up to £50k at the inaugural Black Investor 360 Conference and Exhibition this autumn.

The event, taking place on Saturday 23rd November at the Olympia London Conference Centre, Hammersmith will host a number of leading figures in the business community who will lead workshops and talks about improving finances and advice for entrepreneurs and businesses.

As part of this, start-ups will have the opportunity to secure funding. The funds are being made available by Cornerstone Partners, the first Angel Investor Network focused exclusively on investing in UK based black-owned businesses. Start-ups will be able to make the case for their business via a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style pitch as part of the exhibition.

Attendees will also be able to hear from speakers including authors of the bestselling book ‘Slay in Your Lane’, Yomi Adegoke and Elizabeth Uviebinene who will be leading a Black Women in Finance panel as well as Gavin Lewis, Founder of #TalkAboutBlack will be the conference chairman.
