If you’re a lover of jazz in particular Brazilian infused jazz fusion then the names of Airto and Flora Purim needs no introduction.

With careers spanning 50 years plus, this critically acclaimed Brazilian duo are performing once again after many years away from the European circuit.

Airto played with the Miles Davis group, before together with Flora, going on to join Chick Corea’s Return to Forever band. This spawned an amazing musical period for both, as they went to work with a stellar range of jazz and jazz funk artists such as Herbie Hancock, George Duke, Lee Morgan, Keith Jarrett to name but a few.
